für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden
dem Kläger auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die gegen
ihn gerichtete Zwangsvollstreckung des
Beklagten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in
Höhe von 500,-- DM abzuwenden, wenn nicht
die Beklagte ihrerseits bis zum Beginn der
Zwangsvollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher
Höhe leistet.
Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die jeweilige
Sicherheitsleistung durch eine selbstschuld-
nerische Bürgschaft einer großen Bank mit
