chungsunterlagen seiner Kanzlei für die Zeit vom 01.01.1998 bis
31.12.1998, die in 2 Leitzordner eingeheftet waren, bestehend aus
Kontoauszug nebst Belege für die einzelnen Kontobewegungen der
Konten
a)

auszüge Nummer 39 bis 72,
b)
XXXXX, Kontonummer XXX, ohne die Kon-
toauszüge 10 bis 14 und Blatt 1 des Kontoauszuges 17 und

sowie
alle Belege betreffend die Kassenbewegungen der Kanzlei des Kläger
