Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, der Klägerin Auskunft darüber zu erteilen, wer Anschlussinhaber der von der Beklagten zur Verfügung gestellten Mobiltelefonnummer X ist.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 1/4, die Beklagte zu 3/4.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Aufnahme eines Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a ZPO abgesehen.
