Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.486,08 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.07.2004 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Widerklage wird abgewiesen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin jedoch nur in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
