durch die Richterin X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 803,25 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.08.2006 sowie weitere 62,25 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.08.2006 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagten können die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betra-ges abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
