Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.164,68 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 % - Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 11.04.2003 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 12 % und die Beklagte zu 88 %.
