Die Beklagten werden unter Abweisung der Klage im Übrigen verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an die Klägerin 2.026,18 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 4.4.2007 abzüglich am 12.6.2007 gezahlter 1.013,10 € zu zahlen.
Die Beklagten weiter gesamtschuldnerisch verurteilt, an die Klägerin außer-gerichtliche Anwaltsgebühren in Höhe von 125,60 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 6.6.2007 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits als Gesamtschuldner.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
