für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, das im ersten Obergeschoss Mitte straßenseits des Hausobjektes M-Straße in Düsseldorf gelegene Appartement, bestehend aus einem Zimmer, Küche, Diele und Bad nebst zugehörigem Kellerraum zu räumen und geräumt an die Klägerin herauszugeben. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die gegen sie gerichtete Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.500,00 € abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin ihrerseits bis zum Beginn der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
