Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.771,73 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5-Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 2. Januar 2008 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des jeweils vollstrecken-den Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
