für Recht erkannt:

Die Klage wird (als derzeit unbegründet) abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Kläger darf die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des auf Grund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
