Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.902,58 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5-%-Punkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 08.01.2010 zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagte verpflichtet ist, im Rahmen des mit dem Kläger bestehenden Rechtsschutz-Versicherungsvertrags, Vers-Nr. XXXXXXXXXXX, Kostenschutz für alle in Zukunft aus dem Verfahren vor dem Landgericht X – Az.
