für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.859,82 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 8 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.09.2009 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, auf die seitens der Klägerin verauslagten Gerichtskosten Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem Zeitpunkt ihrer Einzahlung bis zur Beantragung der Kostenfestsetzung nach Maßgabe der Kostenquote zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist für die Klägerin gegen Sicherheitsleistung vorläufig vollstreck-bar.
