Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im zweiten Obergeschoss links des Hauses C Str. 00 in E gelegene Wohnung, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern, Küche, Diele und eingerichtetem Bad/WC, nebst zugehörigem Kellerraum zu räumen und mit sämtlichen Schlüsseln an den Kläger herauszugeben.
Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
