Der Angeklagte wird unter Einbeziehung der Freiheitsstrafe aus dem Strafbefehl des Amtsgericht Herne vom 11.11.2009 (Aktenzeichen 8 Ls-49 Js 196/07-126/09) wegen fahrlässiger Tötung zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von
2 Jahren
verurteilt.
Die Vollstreckung der Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe wird zur Bewährung ausgesetzt.
Der Adhäsionsklägerin J., steht dem Grunde nach gegenüber dem Angeklagten ein Schmerzensgeld wegen der Tat vom 27.07.2007 zu. Von einer Entscheidung wird im Übrigen abgesehen.
