Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage wird der Kläger verurteilt, an die Beklagte zu 1) 266,21 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.7.2011 zu zahlen.
Die weitergehende Widerklage wird abgewiesen.
