Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 14.11.2012 wird aufrechterhalten, soweit die Beklagte verurteilt wurde, die im Hause der Klägerin C-Straße in E im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Diele, Bad, Abstellraum, Loggia, zwei Mansarden und Keller sowie die auf dem Grundstück P-Straße in E gelegenen Garagenplätze Nr. ## und ## zu räumen und an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Beklagte darf die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 8.000,00 Euro abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 8.000,00 Euro leistet.
