hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorfauf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 02.07.2014durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht G

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.) 800.- EUR Wertersatz und

2.) 859,60 EUR Kostenersatz nebst jeweils Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.12.2013 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin 53 %, die Beklagte 47 %zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden/zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Klägerin wird gestattet die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 500.- EUR abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Zwangsvollstreckung eine Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
