Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 263,12 EUR (in Worten: zweihundertdreiundsechzig Euro und zwölf Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.03.2013 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 93% und der Beklagte zu 7%.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die jeweilige Gegenseite kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des jeweils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweilige Gegenseite vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
