Es wird angeordnet, dass die Entscheidung der Rechtbank Arnhem
-
– vom 24.09.2009, durch die der
Antragsgegner verpflichtet wurde, einen monatlichen Unterhalt
für die Pflege und Erziehung der minderjährigen Kinder R, geb. am #### und E, geb. am ####, in Höhe von jeweils 375,00 € zuzüglich einer jährlichen
Anpassung der Unterhaltshöhe an den Lebenshaltungsindex in den
Niederlanden zu zahlen, auf dem Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutsch-
land mit einer Vollstreckungsklausel zu versehen ist mit der Maßgabe,
dass der Antragsgegner verpflichtet ist, für R und
E ab dem 01.07.2012 bis zum 31.12.2012 einen
monatlichen Unterhalt in Höhe von jeweils 392,11 € zu zahlen,
vom 01.01.2013 bis zum 31.12.2013 einen monatlichen Unterhalt
in Höhe von jeweils 398,78 € und ab dem 01.01.2014 einen
monatlichen Unterhalt in Höhe von jeweils 402,37 € zuzüglich
der künftigen jährlichen gesetzlichen Anpassung der Unterhaltshöhe
an den Lebenshaltungsindex in den Niederlanden.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt der Antragsgegner.
Der Beschluss ist mit der Bekanntgabe an die Beteiligten wirksam.
