Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 4.193,15 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.02.2015 zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagte verpflichtet ist, dem Kläger in dem zur Versicherungsschein-Nr. ###### bestehenden Versicherungsvertragsverhältnis Versicherungsschutz für die vor dem Amtsgericht I zu dem Geschäftszeichen ###### geführte Beschlussanfechtungsklage zu gewähren, soweit die Anfechtung der in der ordentlichen Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 12.12.2013 zu den Tagesordnungspunkten 9a bis c und 10a bis c betroffen ist und
es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagte verpflichtet ist, in dem Versicherungsvertragsverhältnis Kostenschutz für das Berufungsverfahren vor dem Landgericht I gegen das Urteil des Amtsgerichts I vom 17.12.2014 zu dem Geschäftszeichen ##### zu gewähren, soweit die Beschlüsse aus der ordentlichen Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 12.12.2013 zu den Tagesordnungspunkten 91 und b und 10a und b betroffen sind.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
