für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger zu 1) € 1.175,00 nebst Zinsen hieraus in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 28.04.2018 sowie

an die Klägerin zu 2) weiter € 1.175,00 nebst Zinsen hieraus in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 28.04.2018 zu zahlen und die Kläger von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von € 334,75 freizustellen

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
