Der Angeklagte U wird wegen fahrlässiger Trunkenheit im Verkehr in Tateinheit mit vorsätzlichem Fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 6 Monaten verurteilt.

Die Verwaltungsbehörde wird angewiesen, dem Angeklagten vor Ablauf von 1 Jahr und 8 Monaten seit Rechtskraft dieses Urteils keine neue Fahrerlaubnis zu erteilen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie seine notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Angeklagte.
