Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 21.10.2019 durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht G

für Recht erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im Wandbereich der Tiefgaragenstellplätze Nr. XX und XX der Wohnungseigentumsanlage G-Straße befindliche Ladestation (Wallbox) nebst sämtlichen Anschlüssen zu entfernen und den ursprünglichen Zustand im Wandbereich (Gemeinschaftseigentum) wiederherzustellen.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin vorgerichtliche Mahnkosten in Höhe von 255,85 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 06.03.2019 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.200,00 € vorläufig vollstreckbar.
