  2. Die Anschlussberufung der Beklagten gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Berlin vom 26. November 2015 - 13 Ca 2610/15 - wird zurückgewiesen.

  3. Die Kostenentscheidung bleibt dem Schlussurteil vorbehalten.
