1 Die Verfassungsbeschwerde ist nicht zur Entscheidung anzunehmen, da die Voraussetzungen des § 93a Abs. 2 BVerfGG nicht vorliegen. Die von dem Vertreter für die Beschwerdeführer eingelegte Verfassungsbeschwerde ist nicht wirksam anhängig gemacht worden, da der Vertreter den Nachweis seiner Bevollmächtigung gemäß § 22 Abs. 2 BVerfGG trotz Aufforderung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts nicht geführt hat (vgl. BVerfGE 62, 194 <200>).

2 Von einer weiteren Begründung wird nach § 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG abgesehen.

3 Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
