DECISION
Pursuant to an unpublished decision filed on July 11, 2016 by the California Court of
Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, in County of Tulare v. Public Employment Relations Board;
Service Employees International Union, Local 521, Docket No. F071240, the Public
Employment Relations Board (Board) hereby VACATES its discussion of constitutionally
vested rights appearing on pages 35-42 of the Board’s decision in County of Tulare (2015)
PERB Decision No. 2414-M. The Court of Appeal affirmed all other portions of the Board’s
decision.
