2 Opinion of the Court 21-11370
Before BRANCH, L UCK , AND LAGOA , Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Respondent’s unopposed motion to dismiss this petition for
review is GRANTED, and this petition is DISMISSED. After Peti-
tioner Erwin Galindo Crisostomo-Miranda filed his petition for re-
view of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) final order of
removal, the BIA granted the parties’ joint motion to reopen and
dismiss the removal proceeding, without prejudice. Accordingly,
the BIA’s removal order is no longer a final order of removal, and
we therefore lack jurisdiction to entertain the petition. See INA §
242(a)(1), 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a)(1); Jaggernauth v. U.S. Att’y Gen., 432
F.3d 1346, 1350 (11th Cir. 2005).
