court for an indicative ruling that it would vacate its prior
patent-ineligibility decisions if this court remanded. ECF
No. 57. Now that the district court has so indicated, the
parties jointly move to remand these appeals for it to do so.

vacatur, leaving it to the district court to consider the prin-

Bonner Mall Partnership, 513 U.S. 18, 29 (1994).
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) ECF No. 60 is granted to the extent that the ap-

(2) ECF No. 57 is denied as moot.
(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
