PER CURIAM:
Brenda Coleman Gillis appeals the district court’s order denying her leave to
proceed in forma pauperis in her appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order in the underlying
Chapter 13 proceeding. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis and we dismiss the appeal for
the reasons stated by the district court. Gillis v. Wade, No. 3:20-cv-00244-JAG (E.D. Va.
May 11, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions
are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
DISMISSED
