In light of defendant Quintin La Prix Davis’s petition for rehearing en banc,
the court sua sponte grants panel rehearing for the purpose of filing the attached
“Revised Opinion.” The court hereby withdraws its earlier opinion in United States
v. Davis, 72 F.4th 605 (4th Cir. 2023). Davis’s petition for rehearing en banc is thus
rendered moot and therefore is denied without prejudice.
