PER CURIAM:
Gary L. Swanson appeals the district court’s order dismissing his complaint alleging
violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219, among other claims. See
Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. See
Corder v. Antero Res. Corp., 57 F.4th 384, 401 (4th Cir. 2023) (stating standard).
Accordingly, we affirm the district court judgment. Swanson v. Carolina Fresh Water,
LLC, No. 7:20-cv-00163-BO (E.D.N.C. Mar. 25, 2021). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
