PER CURIAM:
Jason Cross appeals the district court’s order denying his counseled motion for
compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A) and dismissing his pro se motion
for compassionate release as moot.* We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. See United States v. Cross,
No. 4:14-cr-00003-AWA-LRL-3 (E.D. Va. Mar. 17, 2021). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
* To the extent that Cross’ informal brief constitutes an untimely notice of appeal of
the district court’s prior June 18, 2020, order denying his motion for a sentence reduction
under First Step Act § 404, we affirm the district court’s order. Cross was convicted and
sentenced in October 2014, and he is not eligible for a sentence reduction under First Step
Act § 404. See United States v. Goodwin, 37 F.4th 948, 954 (4th Cir. 2022).
