PER CURIAM:
John Francis Curran, III, appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his civil
complaints filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act and Bivens v. Six Unknown Named
Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), and denying reconsideration.
We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the
district court’s orders. See Curran v. United States, No. 1:20-cv-00262-JPB-JPM (N.D.
W. Va. Feb. 8, 2022; Jan. 14, 2022); see also Christopher v. Harbury, 536 U.S. 403, 414-
21 (2002) (plaintiff must identify nonfrivolous, arguable underlying claim to state a claim
for denial of access to court). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
