PER CURIAM:
Derrick Tyson Ingram appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for
compassionate release. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm. United States v. Ingram, No. 7:16-cr-00116-D-20 (E.D.N.C. filed
Dec. 21, 2021; entered Dec. 21, 2021). We deny Ingram’s motion to expedite as moot.
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional
process.
AFFIRMED
