PER CURIAM:
Denard Darnell Neal appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 28 U.S.C.
§ 2241 petition. We have reviewed the record and identify no reversible error. Accordingly,
we affirm the order of the district court. See Neal v. Streeval, No.7:21-cv-00380-JPJ-PMS
(W.D. Va. Nov. 11, 2021). We deny as moot Neal’s pending motions. We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
