PER CURIAM:
Odassis Michael Thomas appeals the district court’s memorandum opinion and
order denying his motion for specific performance of the plea agreement. We have
reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. See United
States v. Thomas, No. 3:12-cr-00175-HEH-3 (E.D. Va. Feb. 9, 2022). We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
