PER CURIAM:
Kevin Tolbert, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order denying relief on
his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition and a subsequent order denying Tolbert’s motions to
reconsider. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm because, as the district court concluded, the Bureau of Prisons’ current calculations
of his sentence are correct. Tolbert v. Warden, No. 1:21-cv-00179-SAG (D. Md. Feb. 7,
2022 & Feb. 18, 2022). We also deny Tolbert’s motion to appoint counsel and deny as
moot his motion to expedite the briefing schedule. We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
