PER CURIAM:
Andre Sweeper appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of
the magistrate judge and granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants on Sweeper’s
42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint raising claims of deliberate indifference to medical needs and
unconstitutional conditions of confinement. Upon review of the record, we discern no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court.
Sweeper v. Dozier, No. 1:20-cv-02545-SAL (D.S.C. Jan. 21, 2022). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
