PER CURIAM:
Joe Lee Fulgham appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for a jury
trial. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm
the district court’s order. Fulgham v. Unknown, No. 2:20-cv-00637-AWA-RJK (E.D. Va.
Sept. 12, 2022). We deny Fulgham’s motion for damages. We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
