PER CURIAM:
Hendrix Z. Zikomo appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation
of the magistrate judge and denying relief on Zikomo’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We
have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district
court’s order. Zikomo v. Johnson, No. 6:22-cv-01471-DCC (D.S.C. Oct. 7, 2022). We
deny Zikomo’s motion for summary judgment. We dispense with oral argument because
the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court
and argument would not aid the decisional process.
