PER CURIAM:
Ibrahim Oudeh and Teresa Sloan-Oudeh appeal the district court’s order granting
Defendant’s motion to dismiss their civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no
reversible error in the court’s determination that the action was barred by the doctrine of
collateral estoppel. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Oudeh v. Goshen
Med. Ctr., Inc., No. 5:22-cv-00193-D (E.D.N.C. Dec. 30, 2022). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
