PER CURIAM:
Dineen Cherylann Etienne appeals the district court’s order dismissing her
complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm the district court’s order, and we deny Etienne’s motions to set aside the judgment.
Etienne v. Sanders, No. 5:23-cv-00214-D-RN (E.D.N.C. Dec. 18, 2023). We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
