PER CURIAM:
Yassir Abdalla appeals the district court’s order dismissing his complaint without
prejudice for failure to comply with the court’s prior order to file an amended complaint.
We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the
district court’s order. Abdalla v. Prince William Cnty. Dep’t of Transp., No. 1:23-cv-
01447-RDA-JFA (E.D. Va. Jan. 11, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the
facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
