PER CURIAM:
Yuri J. Stoyanov appeals the district court’s order granting Defendants’ motion to
dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment, on Stoyanov’s numerous civil claims.
We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the
district court’s order. Stoyanov v. Del Toro, No. 1:09-cv-03479-CCB (D. Md. May 23,
2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
AFFIRMED
