PER CURIAM:
Keolattana Tootoo Saphilom appeals the district court’s order granting Defendants’
motion to dismiss Saphilom’s petition for a permanent injunction. We have reviewed the
record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Saphilom v. NewRez LLC, No. 3:24-cv-00008-NKM-JCH (W.D. Va. June 28, 2024). We
further deny Saphilom’s motion for a stay pending appeal. We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
