2
PER CURIAM:
Jerry Hollingsworth, Jr., appeals the district court’s order denying his 18 U.S.C.
§ 3582(c)(1)(A) motion for compassionate release. We have reviewed the record and find
no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. United States v.
Hollingsworth, No. 1:17-cr-00236-TDS-1 (M.D.N.C. Dec. 20, 2023). We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
