PER CURIAM:
Jeffray Whitehead appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his 42 U.S.C.
§ 1983 complaint and denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) motion for reconsideration of the
order of dismissal. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Whitehead v. Med. Staff, No. 5:23-ct-
03315-D-RJ (E.D.N.C. Feb. 23, 2024; Aug. 9, 2024). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
