PER CURIAM:
Timothy Dean Best appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to alter
judgment under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b). We have reviewed the
record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Best v. NYS Gov’t, No. 4:24-cv-00110-FL (E.D.N.C. May 21, 2025). We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
