PER CURIAM:
Nigel Max Edge appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of
the magistrate judge and dismissing Edge’s complaint for failure to state a claim upon
which relief can be granted. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Edge v. Pickler, No. 7:25-cv-00370-BO-
RJ (E.D.N.C. Oct. 9, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
