PER CURIAM:
Roger W. Clark appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983
complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1). We have reviewed the record and discern no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Clark v. Jackson, No.
5:24-ct-03250-M-RJ (E.D.N.C. filed Apr. 21, 2025 & entered Apr. 22, 2025). We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
